Our therapists are trained to work with individuals who may have sleep disturbances such as insomnia or night mares. Other conditions such as trauma, depression, anxiety, life stressors, and/or shift work can also affect sleep. You will learn about your sleep patterns and behaviours that may be impacting sleep. You will also learn effective strategies on how to regulate your sleep.
